This Request for Expressions of Interest follows the General Procurement Notice for this project that appeared in dgMarket online 26th July 2011 and published Issue 804, 16th August 2011 and re-advertised 30th March 2015. The Pacific Aviation Safety Office (PASO) is currently implementing the Pacific Aviation Safety Office Reform, supported by the World bank. The project's implementing entity is PASO, with project implementing support from the Technical and Fiduciary Services Unit (TFSU) of the Pacific Aviation Investment Program (PAIP).
